Fireside Chat at the CyberLab Accelerator: Honest Insights Into Founder Life

At the CyberLab Accelerator’s “Feierzeit” fireside chat, our founder and managing director Joshua Heller spoke in front of the current batch – a room full of hungry founders. CyberLab is the IT accelerator of CyberForum in Karlsruhe, and for Joshua it was a special homecoming: his own CyberLab days are two years behind him, and a lot has happened since.

No agenda, no pitch – just honest storytelling, open questions, and unvarnished answers. Joshua traced the arc of his journey: from the AI SaaS hype, into employment, and on to running his own AI agency. All in just 24 months.

He talked about the highs and lows, the real learnings, and the f*ck-ups that come with building an AI startup – and, of course, where things go from here. That openness is exactly what makes formats like this so valuable to us: people just starting out gain far more from honest experience than from polished success stories.
